Can I register and pay at the event if the website isn’t working?
No, on-site payment and registration are not available. All participants must complete registration online prior to the event. If the website is temporarily down or you're experiencing issues, you can still register by requesting an invoice. Once you provide proof of payment (such as a bank transfer confirmation or payment receipt), your registration will be manually processed by our team.

- An invoice is downloadable from your confirmation email, you will receive the confirmation email immediately upon booking sent to the email address you register with.
- Ensure your proof of payment includes your name and the event name for faster processing.
The credit card section doesn’t work when someone else inputs the info—what should I do?
If you're trying to use a credit card that belongs to someone else (e.g., a supervisor or company card) and the payment form isn't accepting the information, try using the yellow PayPal button instead. This option allows you to check out as a guest, meaning you don’t need a PayPal account to complete the transaction.
